Gymnastics Themed Birthday Parties

Hosting Birthday Parties these days is an important issue! Parents need to look at entertainment, food, organizing, clean-up costs and so much more!

We’ve decided to make life a little bit easier for you, with our new Gymnastics Themed Birthday Parties. A Birthday Celebration at Bloemfontein Gymnastics Club gives your birthday boy or girl and their friends a FUN experience in our Open Gym – to party and play on the Trampolines, Bars, Bouncy Mats and so much more!

We’ll fill the celebration with a devoted and experienced coach to lead the games, music and fun activities. Our age-appropriate & team-related games include various Gymnastics skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels as well as a variety of skills on our other equipment.

Our Birthday Parties would be recommended for kids between the ages of 4 and 12.

Party Schedule and Booking

Typical Party Schedule

15 Minutes of Welcome, Orientation, Warm up and Gym Rules.
40 Minutes of Gym type games/obstacle courses/gymnastics instruction.
25 Minutes Drink/Snack break / Party Cake and Candles.
30 Minutes More games and Free play (supervised).
10 minutes Cool down and Closing ceremony (certificate for Party Boy/Girl).

Booking A Party

Parties can be booked on Saturdays for the following timeslots: 10:00 – 12:00 OR 14:00 – 16:00

Price Includes:

Exclusive use of our Gymnastics Facility for 2 hours with tables and chairs, use of the fridge, kettle and basin.
Popcorn/Chips and Juice for each child.
Set up of party table(s) with colour-coded tablecloth, plates, cups, and serviettes.
A dedicated Gymnastics coach
A birthday certificate for the birthday child
Each child gets a balloon to take home
All of the cleaning and tidying up after the party!
